Support Transmitter – New Gift Card Packaging Procedures

Overview
Ace has
started to send out new packaged gift cards that are sealed and will need to
follow the below procedures to make sure they are activated during purchase.
New
packaging
- Packaging will be smaller (3.625”W x 5”H)
- The terms & conditions have been updated.
Action
- Cashier will need to tear a strip that has a message: “STOP Do not buy or sell if packaging is broken or indicates tampering.”
- Cashier will need to fold the packaging to swipe the magnetic strip (the orange solid line and the green dash on the back is where the magnetic strip will be visible).
- Please share the above steps with all cashiers.
