Overview

  •  All ACE promotions associated with a product will have scannable barcodes on their acehardware.com product pages.
    • The customer will be able to present the barcode at time of in-store purchase.
    • If the cashier would like to confirm a promotion is still available on acehardware.com, and the consumer does not have a mobile device available, the cashier can locate the promotion on the acehardware.com product page and scan the barcode with the store’s register terminal/handheld Zebra device.
    • Please note that the barcode will be found on the “GET” item’s product page for any BOGA (Buy One Product and Get a Different Product type of offer) because the credit is associated with the “GET” item.  You will NOT find barcodes on the “BUY” items.
    • The scan sheet will still be sent monthly, but it will only contain Affiliate offers and Sitewide promotions, such as financial offers.

  • Just as in previous months, there may be items with a barcode that are on more than one offer for the month.  These are not system supported for that very reason.
    • If you scan one of these BOGO/BOGA coupons and the FREE item does not come off the transaction, please take care of the customer. You will need to do a price override at the register on the FREE item to $0 using the reason code “promo.”  Similar situation for those that are part of a BOGO/BOGA and 50% off rather than FREE.
    • If it is the Fixed Price Coupon and the promo price is not reflected during the transaction after scanning the coupon, please take care of the customer. You will need to do a price override to the correct promo price and use code “promo.”
    • Please also print a duplicate receipt and provide to the ACE Care Center (RTSupport@acehardware.com) to ensure you get the credit for that FREE or discounted item. 
  • Contained in the Online Offers Scan Sheet are the Affiliates and Sitewide Offers.
  • Please note that ACE has partnered with online coupon sites to promote these offers as well.  Here is an example of what one may look like if presented in store.  You’ll need to find that corresponding offer on the provided scan sheet and scan the provided barcode to be able to give your customer that offer.  The code provided on the screen presented is an online only code.

  • Please print copies of the September Online Offers Scan Sheet and place one at each register, by Monday, September 1st.  September 2025 Online ONLY Offers Scan Sheet
  • Please dispose of any copies of the August Online ONLY Offers Scan Sheet at that time.
  • If you have any issues when scanning the offers on the scan sheet or with the offers on the product pages at acehardware.com, please provide the details to the Promo Issues Team via a ZOHO ticket.
