WL - Merchandising & Marketing Operations Transmitter: Discrepancies on Promo Prices in the System
Overview
Many of you have been noticing discrepancies in promo
pricing in WHInet, scanners, and Mi9. Our promotion management
system houses one regular retail and as you know, our stores can have varying
retails. We must work with each promotion to ensure that an item intended
to be at regular retail, within an event, rings at each store’s actual regular
retail, rather than the retail housed in Promo Manager because it could be
wrong for your store.
- You will most likely notice this on
items that are part of a BOGO/BOGA at regular retail as part of that offer.
- You will also see it on offers that
are a % off or $ off.
Action
- Please do not alter promo retails in
Mi9 on events that are generated by ACE or the SSC.
- This could cause more issues down
the road.
- When to report a promo issue.
- When a promo item is not ringing at
the registers as it should be (based on something in print – circular,
direct mail, price card, etc.).

- Please send to the Promo Team in
Zoho.
- Follow the process in the How to Report a Promo Issue to the SSC to add the receipt to the Zoho
ticket.
- The receipt provides the Promo Team
with the ability to see exactly what you see happening at the
register.
- Details in the receipt provide the
Promo Team with the information needed to begin researching the issue.
