Overview
- In an attempt to better assist you once you have identified the need for the addition (or removal) of a planogram, we have created the Planogram Request Form. This is for requests made outside of a Planogram Implementation Rollout Period. For those of you that are familiar with the Niche Planogram Process & Form, this form will look VERY familiar. The original Niche Planogram Request Form has been updated to be more of an all-encompassing form. You will now be able to utilize the same form for any one of these reasons:
o An established planogram for a product line that is not already carried
o A localized Niche planogram
o A request to change a Hillman Fastener Center Program (i.e., Metric expansion, Ag Center)
- Steps to completing the Planogram Request Form can be found on the request form itself. The request form should provide you with all of the details you might need as it relates to this process, but please feel free to contact the Visual Merchandising Group if you do have any additional questions. You are able to request up to 5 planograms on a single form in case you are reworking an entire valley. Should you need to request more than 5 planograms, please simply include those details within the body of the email. The form can be found on the Portal within the Merchandising Toolbox – All Files – Forms and also via the link below.
- It should be noted that your District Manager will need to be on board with this request. Your District Manager is the first round of approval and will actually forward the request onto the SSC for review by attaching the request form to a Zoho ticket for the Planogram Team.
- While our goal is to have a response back to you concerning the approval or denial of your request within a week, we ask that you remain patient and understanding of the need to make sure all of our Is are dotted and our Ts are crossed. On occasion, the response can take longer depending on what planogram specific maintenance may need to happen. However, we will always keep you in the loop if we are unable to meet that one-week guideline.
- It is also important to know that you should not move forward with any modifications in store until you have received approval from the SSC. Please note that your planned implementation date MUST be a minimum of 3 weeks from the date the form is submitted to the Planogram Team. The official Decision Form returned to you by the Planogram Team will provide information on product and fixture timing to better help you plan your set.
