- - To report promo issues and to allow us to better assist, please use the correct process in order to notify the proper team at the SSC. This process was developed with the assistance of Tech Support and Operations Support.
- This process requires that all information be submitted up front so the team can start digging into the issue as soon as it is reported. Information like event number and SKUs.
- This process allows us to come up with a fix/resolution sooner.
- If you run into an issue in applying a promotion or coupon (after hitting TOTAL during the transaction), please take care of the customer and complete the transaction using the assistance of management to guide you through the proper steps to do just that.
