·         Please print to keep as a reference when you experience a Promo Issue or an Ace Rewards Issue.

·         As a reminder, any Promo Issue should be reported to the Promo Team via Zoho.  Notifying or copying other departments is not necessary as they will be made aware and asked to jump in by the Promo Team when applicable.  Also, by providing all the details and documentation up front when reporting a promo issue to this team, the research of your issue can begin as soon as it is reported. 

·         Follow the information on the Contact Info Document when your store experiences any Ace Coupons that are

not giving bonus points as intended. Reporting directly to ACE via their email or phone listed will expedite a resolution for your customers and your store.
